What fuels us

The Faith Space is a leadership development organization offering educational trainings and personal empowerment for world-changing leaders from all disciplines. We are a bold organization with a commitment to sustainability, holistic leadership, radical personal transformation, and systemic liberation.

"The Faith Space is committed to addressing patterns of systemic injustice through paradigm shifts and integration of this awareness in current context and community."

~Kate Newell, CEO of The Faith Space

We define faith broadly and consider it a verb, not a noun. We view it as the connection of trust that is shared between leaders and those who they lead. Faith is in our ethics, our leadership styles, and how we engage in the systems we serve. We believe that every moment where holistic leadership occurs is a Faith Space; a space in which leaders connect deeply to their purpose in order to transform their company, community, and world.

Our Mission

Create a holistic, sustainable world cultivated by empowered, ethical leaders who enact systemic change through education, integration, and transformation.

Our Guiding Principles

The Faith Space is a progressive place to cultivate bold ideas through interdisciplinary avenues. We innovate creative and out-of-the-box solutions to systemic problems. We utilize macro and micro paradigms to clearly define societal concerns and envision new ways of thriving, not just surviving.

The Faith Space is an interspiritual space committed to the diversity of sacred experience. We define interspirituality as including all paths and languages to experience and describe the Divine. Regardless of a religious identity or lack thereof, everyone contributes their unique spiritual practices and embodied rituals to craft communities rooted in shared values.

Radical Welcome

Every spiritual path, background, orientation, and identity is welcome in The Faith Space.

Holistic Leadership

Wholeness is not just relegated to systems or communities, it must be realized within our leaders. We work with and train leaders in congregations, experimental contexts, organizations, and beyond who are committed to embodying enduring change across systems. Embodiment includes self care, energy healing, bodily movement, and more. We acknowledge suffering just as much as thriving, as our focus is on healing.

Horizontal Power and Responsibility

As we equally hold power and responsibility, we share the duties of leading and listening in support of one another and our projects. Therefore, dialogue and conflict transformation skills are central to our collaboration. We own up to our limitations, growing edges, and past harm done by ourselves and/or our ancestors.

Shared Values

Our core shared values are personal growth, systemic change, transformative justice, radical ritual, and mutual respect. Our individual evolution is directly correlated to our collective liberation.

"Don't ask yourself what the world needs, ask yourself what makes you come alive, and then go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive."
